guess who'll be home for christmas?

To my absolute delight, I just fannagled *6* happy days off of work, the week leading up to Christmas! Now it's just a matter of tweaking Jeff's schedule and forking over the funds necessary for two overpriced airline tickets to Minneapolis! I'm so excited!! :) These ribbon ornaments from Pottery Barn are totally getting me into the holiday spirit. Like a good crafter, I'm thinking that I should make these myself!

Yes, I saw those, too, and definitely thought, who, in their right mind would spend money for this when clearly all one needs is styrofoam, ribbon and maybe some glue!
I think we need to all post pics of Christmas trees when we get them up! I'd love to see yours!
Oh, and I'm happy for your trip home!

If those are not the cutest little ornaments ever. And your right, they totally look as if they would be easy to make by hand. So happy for you and your whole 6 days off. My wish for you, two insanely cheap tickets to Minniappolis for Christmas.

Lovely ornaments! I know that you are more than capable of turning out something just as, even more so, cute. :) Congratulations on getting to go home for Christmas! I'm glad that we are getting to stay home and have the family come to us. :)
