In other news, my weekend was awesome, but went a little differently than I'd expected...The bad news is I didn't get any painting or housework done, but the good news is that we had tons of fun catching up with friends, I tackled two sewing projects, and best of all, on Saturday I got a new baby niece named Kirsa!! I am so anxious to meet her--I haven't even seen pictures yet! What was awesome about your weekend? (Packer fans need not respond.)
So cute! Fun, fun that you were featured on another blog...and I agree with her - your blog makes you feel comfortable!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your new niece Auntie Jessica!
ReplyDeleteGreat to hear you had a fantastic weekend. Mine was quiet and I didn't even leave the garden gate all weekend but I caught up with lots of things here and spent time making a list of about a million heart crafts I wish I had time to tackle!
xx
Cute, cute, cute! I've been meaning to make a headband like the cute ones the girl's made at Crafternoon, but just haven't tackled it yet. Perhaps that will be my little Friday project. :)
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the new niece! I can't wait til I have nieces of my own. For now, Gabe's will have to function as my quasi-nieces and nephews. :)
Cute new banner! It reminds me of spring. Oh spring, will it ever come? I'm beginning to wonder.
ReplyDeleteAlso, good thing I know how to make that now, after the Christmas crafternoon. I need to make more headbands.
And what a lovely name for a new niece, it's just beautiful.
Love the headband! So cute! :) My weekend? Pretty great. Saturday was a lazy day for me and my boys - daddy had to work unexpectedly, so we lounged. Sunday our pastor had an amazing message on being humble and helping others that totally inspired me! :) And Sunday night we went to a Super Bowl party at our Pastors' house. I am not a football fan really, nor is my hubby. But we loved the fellowship and company of friends and good food. ;) Happy Monday, sweetie!
ReplyDeleteLike the new look I'm seeing over here--the font change and the banner is just so stylish.
ReplyDeleteI really want to make something with fabric...maybe it'll be my must create list for February.
Kirsa--congrats Auntie! I bet you have a ton of little crafty gifts waiting for her :)
cuuttee!!
ReplyDeleteI will have to make one of these.
