Apartment Therapy for showing how she brought this chair and a few other vintage finds back to life. It's amazing what a can of spray paint and funky fabric can do, when combined with a great imagination and a little elbow grease. I heart this chair!
That blue and coral(ish) red can simply brighten my day. Gorgeous!

beautiful colors! i wish i was more adventurous in the crafting world.....i seem to stick with photography & nothing else. :) seeing all of this beautiful work is so inspiring though!
ReplyDeleteVery cute...I have some old chairs waiting for this very kind of revival in my garage! My dining table chairs are all salvaged chairs as well that I livened up with a can of spray paint and fun fabric and oilcloth.
ReplyDeleteI love that chair! The paint color is among my favorites, and I never would have picked that fabric, but it works so well.
ReplyDeleteHey Jessica, I wonder if you have any tips on what to do with a Cedar Chest? The inside is in great shape and i know about sanding it for the scent, but what about the outside? It's a bit rough and needs refinishing but do i sand and restain or paint? What would you do?
ReplyDeleteTHanks!
Pretty cool stuff, I saw this site with some useful info on dining arm chairs. I hope it helps you.
