I was so intrigued by the mahi mahi taco dinner in my
Domino mag this month that I had to give it a whirl while my friend Kayt was in town. {Check out the
recipes here.} Everything was pretty delish and very fun to make. But just a word to the wise--our watermelon margaritas turned out a bit frothy. The recipe doesn't specify, but if I were to make them again, I'd separate the watermelon juice from the pulpy fruit fibers before blending it with the other ingredients.
